This wooded neighborhood park has invasive holly and ivy competing for resources crucial to native plant species. Join staff and fellow volunteers as we remove these unfavorable plants from spreading throughout the park. The park is located at 1015 Decatur St SW. Meet at the shelter. Street parking is available, and overflow parking is available at the church next door.
For all work parties, please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet and muddy. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 14 and any youth under 18 years of age without an adult present must have an online waiver signed electronically by a parent/guardian, located on the right side of this page.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to park and sign in.
