Join staff and Park Stewards as we dig out Himalayan blackberry in the restoration area near the Lybarger entrance. This will allow park guests (including leashed pets) to enjoy the park without being hung up on thorns, and create more open space for plantings. Street parking is available at the San Francisco Ave. entrance. We will meet near the Lybarger entrance. Directional signs will be posted.

Please dress for the weather for all work parties and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can withstand wet and muddy conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 14, and any youth under 18 years of age without an adult present must have an online waiver signed electronically by a parent/guardian.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to park and sign in.
