Join staff and park stewards as we celebrate National Trails Day by removing encroaching vegetation and pulling English ivy. Let's get back to nature! Meet at the San Francisco Ave entrance, 1650 San Francisco Ave NE. Street parking is available. Long sleeves and pants are strongly recommended due to Stinging nettles.
Please dress for the weather for all work parties and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet and muddy. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 14 and any youth under 18 years of age without an adult present must have an online waiver signed electronically by a parent/guardian.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to park and sign in.
