Please join us as we celebrate a new connection trail joining the Northeast Neighborhood to Priest Point Park!
The trail opening celebration starts at 9am. Meet at the new trail head, located at the top of Howard Ave NE (see map below). Parking is only allowed on the southbound side of East Bay Drive NE. Light refreshments will be available.
We will be hosting a volunteer work party directly after the trail opening (approximately 10am-1pm). We will focus on removing invasive plant species from beautiful forested habitat. Come for the celebration, stay for the restoration!
For all work parties, please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet and muddy. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 14 and all youth under 18 years of age must have an online waiver signed electronically by a parent/guardian, located on the right side of this page. All ages are welcome to participate!
